join Patsy’s House in taking a stand against child abuse at 1411 10th St with
the first-ever Save Jane event.
Beginning at 12 PM on April 1st, for
6 hours straight, volunteers from around Wichita Falls will read the names and
ages of almost 3,000 children who were reported as abused in Wichita and
surrounding counties in 2020. Because these children are minors and their
identities must be protected, “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” will be used in place
of their names. The Save Jane event launched in Dallas 2 years ago. Last year’s
inaugural event here was cancelled due to Covid, so this is the first year for
Patsy’s House to join in this particular awareness effort.
